Dew for Makeup

Multipurpose vegan product that allows two different uses:

Eyeshadow Base
Apply it with your finger on the entire eyelid before makeup to improve the performance and duration of your makeup.
One drop is enough for both eyes.

Mixing Medium
Mix pigments with a drop of product to create gorgeous customised creamy eyeliners or eyeshadows.
It can also be applied to the lashes to create new and spectacular mascaras.
