On hair rosemary essential oil it's a great one sebum regulator of the scalp because it regulates sebum secretion and the production of dandruff. It also has a stimulating action on the hair bulb : it is therefore ideal for use in scalp massages, mixed with a neutral oil such as coconut oil or castor oil, to stimulate hair growth.
