Organic St. John's Wort Oil 110ml

Directions:

ointment traditionally known as St. John's Oil and used for nerve and muscle pain. Useful for muscle contusions and bruises (hematomas).

In common use, the anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and vulnerary (healing) properties are recognized, especially for skin reddened by sunburn or excessive exposure to the sun. Topical application has improved wound healing, also reducing scar tissue (applied three times a day).

Warnings:

It may be contraindicated to use it on the body before sun exposure, especially if you are photosensitive or if you are undergoing UVA-B therapy.
